Um... Quick question! I'm not breaking any laws by lounging on top on a rooftop, aren't I? I don’t get a chance to do this often, so please let this spirited youth be able to treasure this opportunity as long as he can-! He shakes off that thought immediately.] Anyway… It’s good to know that the stars here are much brighter than how they are back home. I’m not very sure how to feel about that last experiment… But Halloween is coming up soon, so we should all be on our toes for what’s gonna happen. For those who have been here for a long time, do you think you could give this speculating Kamijou-san a little insight on what has happened these past few years? If I wake up underneath a pile of treat-or-treating candy or end up getting chased by zombies, then at least I’ll know what to yell out when the random event flag raises itself.

That's... what we were stopping when I came here. If more people would do that, then maybe we'd have a chance. You've got every right to say that, Touma. But... I don't think there will be no deaths involved with our world before we can bring Metafalica to everyone.

Metafalica is the Song of Hope. It's the Song that will bring land to Metafalss. But there's two factions fighting over how to bring it to the people. The Grand Bell, who I'm... affiliated with... and the Sacred Army. The Sacred Army took over the palace that housed myself and the other high-ranking people of the Grand Bell, and... tried to save everyone by rewriting and deleting the Cosmospheres of Reyvateils.

...yes. Like I said, sacrifice of the few for the benefit of the many. It was extreme, but they wanted to give everyone their ideal Metafalica. Their ideal world. The souls of the people would inhabit the Infel Phira, where the other soulspace of I.P.D. Reyvateils were. Had Luca not stopped the song, I would be... [...not here. She's just. Going to skip ahead.]

Both sides do. Both sides want the same thing, they just can't do what they need to do to make everyone happy. If we don't do something, we'll all die eventually when the land completely falls.

I can't believe it... I know that there's a happier third option out there somewhere for everyone! The two groups just need to realize that before it's all too late.

There is. We find how to correctly sing Metafalica together. Then everyone can be happy. But I don't know how it'll work if both sides are constantly trying to stop each other.

Somehow, I think a third party should raise up and help bring forth common ground with both sides. It's kind of like how things were back at my home when both Magic Factions and Science Factions were at odds at each other.

They have... myself and Luca. I'm sided with the Grand Bell by name, and she decided to work with the Sacred Army, but we're working together with others that want what everyone wants, but don't want to sacrifice everyone's lives to do so, if we can help it. But, I... I can't sing Metafalica. We tried and it failed. I couldn't download it.

I... don't know. I couldn't download it, so I tried to sing it, but it wasn't really singing, just... mimicking what Luca sang. I wasn't compatible with it.

That's strange. Do you think your system needs an update or something? That usually works for computers.

So even if I were a machine, I'd be me to you? That's reassuring. It's difficult to explain, but in my world we have Hymn Crystals. Reyvateils can either accept or reject a Hymn Download, and for whatever reason, I rejected it. I didn't do so consciously, so I don't know why I couldn't download it.

So if you get more Hymn Crystals does that mean you can sing more songs and get more powerful? That does sound convenient! ... Although where exactly do these crystal go into?

Not quite. The crystals hold songs that aren't for fighting or battle. Metafalica is a song that creates land from magic. They're things like that. New songs are crafted in my Cosmosphere for battle. The only thing that was really used for battle that was downloaded was Replekia.

[aaand a breath. That was a pretty good explanation.] Anytime a Hymn is downloaded, it's done in a ceremony. It's... well, someone who knows how to install it is the one who does it. I'm not sure how to explain it, actually.

T-that's.... still a bit complicated, but I think I get the jist of it. You can even create land, too? Just what can't your songs do in your world?

Ideally. But I don't think there's much that you can't do. However, only Reyvateils can sing and create. It depends on the song however.

Songs that could create and destroy... How long does it usually take to create your own personal song?

What we create is just Song Magic. I don't think we can just create it, it's a long process. It comes back to our Cosmosphere. When someone Dives into us, normally we're able to learn with some help. I don't really know how the process goes, I don't know what happens in my Cosmosphere, I just feel the changes. If I were to make it myself, it would take longer.
